Mr. Wilson was my 8th-grade history teacher back in 1999. Always a warm and understanding teacher to all students. For me, he had an incredible impact on the way I view the world. & he was the spark for my interest in the interconnectivity of all cultures and people. You will be missed Mr. Wilson. RIP.

He was my teacher in High school and middle school. He always made my day better. He was the funniest teacher and always knew how to cheer his students up. He helped me through high school with his wisdom. I will miss him and the talks we had about his life and just life in general. Thanks for everything!

R.i.P. Uncle Eddie Wilson, Jr. The younger of my two favorite uncles. - the older one is Great Uncle George Howard. Both men shared a great love of family, friends, our people and helping others. Before Eddie was a teenager, he became a great uncle to my sons, Christopher Brown and Jonathan Whitis. Eddie Wilson was a role model for being a son, brother, a GREAT DAD, husband, friend, frat brother. teacher and mentor He touched lives of many, including students during his 30 years+ as a RCSD teacher. Can't believe I'll never again see his engaging smile, listen to his wise counsel and laughter. We all miss him - family, friends, students and pretty much anyone with a good heart and a kind word. R.I.P. Eddie. Peace and Much Love, Almeta Whitis

My sincere condolences, love and prayers to Ed's family, friends, co-workers and scholars. I worked with Ed many years ago and rarely saw him, but when I did it was like no time had passed. I appreciated his genuineness, kindness, humor and will truly miss him. May God cover you and keep you all in His loving embrace at this time and always!!

My heart felt sympathies go out to Ed's children. We worked together at Franklin High School and again at NRCS. I got to know your Dad at NRCS and am grateful for that. He frequently visited the nurse office and thru him I had the opportunity to know his children. He was an inspiration to the young males of color and his legacy will live on thru donations to the RCSD fund .
RIP Mr. WIlson

Ed was hilarious. His sense of humor and play was tremendous. I knew Ed to be the singer of his pledge line. My experiences were few but cherished. I enjoyed the funny text exchanges during NBA bubble ball. Rest in Omega, Ed. Tim W NT '83
