I'm so sorry to hear about Mel's passing. He made every day at PP fun - from his singing to his funny comments. I loved him! Prayers to all of you.

Melvin often brightened my work day when he visited my office and would sing in his deep glorious voice. He had that smile that would light up when I could find him some chocolate pudding and of course when he chose to dance a bit it brought great joy to many. I will miss you my friend. Ann Tallman
Love you, Mel <3 . I'll miss your stories about jumping out of planes and your beautiful singing voice and the way you kept an eye on everyone. I'll especially miss your laugh and the way you just understood life and spirituality and philosophy. Thank you for sharing all of that with me.
Darnell and Junior (and Bernard) please accept my condolences. It was truly a pleasure getting to know you and your dad over the years.
