Jocelyn is survived by her daughter, Brittany Everett; grandson Jalen McCoy; mother, Elouise Gilliam; sisters, Joy (James) Smith, Joan Moorehead and Elaine Everett; special friend Joyce Ellis; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
