Predeceased by her husband Carl McNeill, Sr. She leaves cherished memories to her son, Carl (Shelby) McNeill, Jr.; daughters, Constance (John) Dansler, Sheldon Smith, and Joyce (Adam) Shaw of Washington, DC; 3 Sisters, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
