Preceded by his son, Kevin Hicks. Forever cherished by his wife, Barbara; children, Frederick Jr., Mary Hicks-Williams, Nathaniel Hicks, Angela (Albert) Nash, Loretta Hicks, Ebony Dukes, Cynthia Middlebrook, Kimberly Brown and Jeremy Middlebrook; brother, Jimmy Dukes; sister, Mary Hicks-Thomas; three generations of grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
Interment, Bath National Cemetery.
