To Charles Randall's family and friends:
Please accept my sincere sympathy on your loss.
I was acquainted with Charles through our employment at Rochester Psychiatric Center. Although I did not know him well, or see him often, it was always a pleasure to be in his company. It saddens me to think that he will not brighten another day on this earth.
