Obituary of John Palmer

Predeceased by his mother, Elizabeth Hill Palmer, father, John Shepard Palmer, and brother, Richard Palmer. Jack leaves his fiancé and family of 42 years, Muriel Hill Albright, Michael Albright, Ervina, Bruce, and Taylor Malin; his cousin, Richard G. and Lorraine Hill; sister-in-law, Janice Palmer; nieces, Lisa and Melissa. Jack was a member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary 04-02 Rochester, an Operating Engineer, and a member of the Union Local 832. His lively sense of humor plus ability to make his backhoe, "Emma", dance and play baseball made his workplace enjoyable for all.
