March 19, 2009 at age 95. Formerly of Forrest City, Arkansas. Forever cherished by her daughter, Helen Witherspoon; granddaughter, Kokila Witherspoon, both of Chili, NY; nephew, Theodore Crutcher of Milwaukee, WI; and her godson, Michael Sykes of Forrest City, AR.
A special "thank you" to the dedicated staff of the Westgate Nursing Home.
Interment, Paradise Gardens, Edmondson, Arkansas.
