Predeceased by her husband, John E. Blackwell, Sr., her mother, Mabel F. Brown; and her brother, Russell L. Anderson, Sr. She is survived by her sister, Ethelda Ryner; sister-in law Thelma Anderson; daughter, Wendy B. Rose; sons, John (Linda) E. Blackwell, Jr.; and Emory (Caridad) B. Blackwell; eight grand children; 10 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Interment will be held privately at Riverside Cemetery.
