Obituary of Arthur Pyatt

MR. ARTHUR LEE PYATT, affectionately known as "Bub" was born in Georgetown, South Carolina to James and Nellie Frierson Pyatt on January 8, 1935.
He attended school in Georgetown, South Carolina.
He was joined in Holy Matrimony to the former Annie Lou Weaver in 1963. Their family would grow to include two sons and three daughters.
After relocating to Rochester, New York, Arthur went to work for C.P. Ward Construction through the Local 435 Construction Union.
His hobbies included fishing, playing cards and checkers. He will be remembered most for his sense of humor. He enjoyed a good laugh and took great pleasure in making others laugh.
Arthur is predeceased by: his parents, James and Nellie Frierson Pyatt and two brothers: William and Hardy.
Having departed this life on Thursday, September 17, 2009, after a long and courageous battle, he leaves to cherish his memory: one son, Edward (Lena) Weaver, Jr.; three daughters: Dorothy Ann Pyatt, Deloris (Darwin) Perry and Ellen Lou Pyatt; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren, all of Rochester, New York; three brothers: James Pyatt of Conway, South Carolina, Thomas Pyatt of Rochester, New York, and Joe Nathan (Debra) Pyatt of Stone Mountain, Georgia; four sisters: Louise Weaver, Emily Williams, Nellie Pyatt, of Conway, South Carolina and Carrie Lee (Vandy) Wright of Rochester, New York; one aunt, Liza Robinson of Georgetown, South Carolina and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
