Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 19, 2009, surrounded by his loving family. Preceded by his daughters, Gwendolyn Hopkins and Roslyn Abner. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Lillian Williams; sons, Roderick (Suzanne) Williams, Cedric (Yvonne) Williams; 17 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Victoria Brown and Eunice Williams; one brother, Louis (Gladys) Williams, several nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and many dear friends.
