At age 88. Predeceased by spouses, Joe Monroe and George Saunders; daughters, Daisiebelle (Sharon) Monroe-Daniels, Laurabelle Lance, Annabelle Lance, and son, Joseph Monroe. Survived by darling daughter, Lorraine Monroe-Nnamani; three grandchildren, Jasen and Walida Monroe, and Kenechi Nnamani; five great-grandchildren, Anayo, Amari, Joseph, and Jameer Goings, and Nevaeh Coles; best friend, Mattie Daniels; adopted children, Charles and Valeria Thomas, Harry and Yvonne Harris, Jennifer Harewood, and Peter Lovenheim; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Interment, Falls Cemetery, Greece, NY.
