Chili: Went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 10, 2010. She is survived by her husband and best friend of 46 years, Howard; sons, Andre (Barbara), Howard Jr. (Vernessa) and Tyrone; daughters, Tracy, Quanla and Kisha; fourteen grandchildren; four great grandchildren; sister, Shelby-Jean McNeil; and a host of other relatives.
