Forever cherished by her husband of 48 years, Labrun; 8 sons, 8 daughters and a number of foster children; 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; mother, Dortheen Smith; brothers, Carl and Nathaniel Smith; sister, Bernice Washington; and a host of other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to The Elizabeth Freeman Center, 43 Francis Ave., Pittsfield, MA 01201.
