Dear Cousins, I am sorry that I will not be able to attend the Homegoing Service for Cousin Donald Scott. Donald is now sitting at the Masters table with Cousin Ethel and Robert, Cousin Rose, Cousin Milton and my sweet dear Mother, Mattie Johnson just to name a few. I will cherish the memories of our wonderful family reunions at Aunt Bell Thigpen and Uncle Larsha's homestead in Jessup, Maryland and more recently at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. May you find comfort in the loving words of Jesus Christ: "Love one another as I have loved you." Donald Scott loved us too and demonstrated his love and caring to each of us throughout the many years we hold dear. Cherish the fond memories and happiness that he gave to us all. His loving smile and sincere adortion touched all of our lives. He always gave us encouragement to stay close as a family and to help each other achieve our goals. He loved his family and his country. I love you and will keep you in my prayers. Sincerely, Cousin Mildred E. Johnson of Baltimore, Maryland.
