Rochester: November 21, 2012 at age 62. Preceded by his parents, Geanie and Altha Mary Womack and his brother, Gene Womack. He is survived by his wife, Lucretia; son, Jason Blake; daughters, Aaronda (Stephen) Huston, Cassandra Womack, Dorothea (Lawrence) Clincy, Patrice Womack, Kimora Womack, Shalonda Womack, Pamela (Ronald) Roper and Naimah (Jermell) Cotton; 19 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; brothers, Jonathan (Donna) and Eddy Womack; sisters, Sharon Rivers and Cassandra (Greg) Goolsby; mother-in-law, Addie P. Carey; sisters-in-law, Shirley Womack, Vivian Haynes, Virginia Franklin, Grace (Ralph) Newell, Marguerite (George) Monolynn and Betty Jackson; brothers-in-law, Jimmy Haynes, Ervin Haynes, Willie (Tammy) Jackson and Robert Jackson; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Interment, Mt. Hope Cemetery.
