Obituary of George Pierre Breedlove

Mr. George Pierre Breedlove was born on August 25, 1969 at St. Mary's Hospital to George and Gomel Breedlove. He departed this life suddenly on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at 5:50 A.M. Central Standard Time in Dallas Texas from a massive heart attack. Pierre, as he is called by his close family and friends, but others called him George, Pete, KGB, or King George. However, he always introduced himself by his full name, George Pierre Breedlove. He attended and graduated from John Marshall High School in Rochester, New York in 1987. He was a very intelligent young man. Extracurricular activities included band, chemistry, debate team club, and the football team. On the football team, he played position of running back. He was also in charge of the school's pop and juice machine. His cousin, Darnell said, "I could never understood how Pierre was shorter than me, heavier than me, but could run faster than me". Darnell described his moves as "nice...just nice". High school community activities included the Prism Program where he began his lifelong love for computers. While participating in Prism he won a number of awards for the robotic programs he wrote. Additionally, he loved music and joined the Mighty Liberators. During this period, it was discovered that Pierre had "perfect Pitch". Because of his ability to correctly name any musical note that he heard and could sing any musical note without help, at thirteen he was awarded a full scholarship to the Eastman School of Music. His love for computers outweighed the pursuit for studies at the Eastman. Pierre attended Mansfield University in Pennsylvania from 1989 to 1991. He majored in Artificial Intelligence. His freshman year he became jaded with computer classroom work. To maintain his growth he was offered the position of developing and writing programs for his grades. In essence, he worked for the college president with the school's transition to computers.. He was a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity. He completed his master program through the University of Phoenix. Pierre's hobbies included music, which he loved. In this field, he was a producer, a rapper and he wrote music. He enjoyed fishing as a form of relaxation. He loved to ride his motorcycle. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboy fan. His dad's team the Buffalo Bill's often lead to heated backlash about which team was the best. His dad would not answer his phone call if the Bills lost. Pete said that this was often. Professionally he always engaged in the world of computers from the age of nine. It was no surprise to anyone that computers were his career choice. His employment history advanced from programming to computer architect manager. While he has worked in several different companies his main employers has been Thomas Reuters and Woltens Kluwers in Dallas. He was well respected in the field of academics and for his professionalism. Pierre was baptized at birth. However, at the age of 13, he made a personal decision to accept the Lord under the leadership of Dr. E. M. Nelson at the Bibleway Healing Temple, 660 West Main Street. In his youth, he was a very active church participant. He played the Bassoon, sang in the youth choir, he and his sister often sang duets together. He also participated in church plays, recitals and bible study classes. He credits Dr. Nelson for his early spiritual foundation where he was taught biblical principles, which he considers an important part of his adult life. Pierre was preceded in death by his Grandparents, Rose and Charlie Griffin and Bertha and Jimmie Breedlove. Great Uncles and Aunts: Jimmie Lee Breedlove, Jessie and Janie Breedlove, Minister L.C. Breedlove, Willie Breedlove and Mattie Mae Breedlove, O. W. Breedlove, M.D. Breedlove, Rev. S.T. Breedlove, Rosa Bell Breedlove (Joseph) Paige, Bertha Mae Breedlove (John Ed) Denson and Sally Mae Breedlove Dixon. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife: Tamesha, Six children, Gearld, Gordan, Alexis, Kamren, Kyree, and Julian. Parents: George and Gomel Breedlove. One sister: Yolonda Evatte Breedlove. Aunts: Ludie Bee Breedlove Smith, Mozella (Andy) Dixon, and Lou Ella Griffin. Nieces: Brittany Breedlove and Jhnae Breedlove. Special Cousins: Donell Breedlove, Benjamin W. Breedlove Jr., Sam Allen, Rondell Breedlove, Joseph and Geraldine McFadden. God Brothers: Derrick and Bennie Barksdale. One God sister: Amy Allen. Two brother-in-law and one sister-in-law all of Dallas, Texas. Additional he leaves a host of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd cousins and many more cousins and friends.
