Mr. Puritt was a 25-year employee of Action For a Better Community retiring as Supervisor of Energy and Weatherization. He will be forever cherished by his wife of 29 years, Patricia Puritt; daughters, Yvette Foster, Donna McGowan and Roslynn (Richard) Porter; son, Prinus Buckman; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; his mother, Louise (Otis) Wheeler; sister, Shirley Puritt; brother, Greg Puritt; many other relatives and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, 1:30PM (visitation will begin at 12PM) at Baber AME Church, 550 Meigs St.
