To the family and friends of Mrs. Johnson always cherish the fond memories of time spent together and although you may grieve the Bible can be a source of comfort. At (Revelation 21:3,4) it speaks of a time when there will be no more sickness or death, also at (Acts 24:15) it speaks of a resurrection that we all can look forward to. May the peace and love of the God of all comfort be with you all. Comfort can be found in our Creator through prayer and through his word the Bible and in our Savior Jesus Christ.

Tribute of a Life Well-Lived
Ma Dear was so very proud of many things, but she was very quiet about many of her accomplishments. She never said much about her accomplishments. Just received them and continued to serve.
Among them are her volunteer efforts and participation in the Hudson Ridge “Tower Power” which enhanced the day to day living of her neighbors’ well-being and safety. These duties she performed provided the vehicle for a good living environment for all the residents of Hudson Ridge Tower.
Ma Dear loved reading her Bible and receiving the quarterly Daily Breads. She spent a lot of her time studying the scriptures and completing Bible courses, where she received numerous of certificates. Ma Dear knew her scriptures and she could quote them to you as needed.
Ma Dear had such a sweet spirit and personality! Out of all the things she did and accomplished in her lifetime, I believe the most rewarding was being an Usher and serving God’s people. Ma Dear had a smile that would melt your heart and a way of saying “welcome” without words. She served in this capacity for 50 years and enjoyed every time of it!
Ma Dear was a faithful servant and was blessed to live such a wonderful rich life of 85 years. She was loved by many, especially her family and she will be missed forever.
