Jenkins, Charles J. Rochester: November 12, 2013 at age 30. Charles James Jenkins, was born July 22 1983, to the late Charles Jenkins and Yvonne Jenkins in Gainesville Florida. Charles returned to Rochester, New York at the age of three months with his mother. Charles attended school # 50 where he learned to have fun in life. Charles graduated from John Marshall High School, was a good student, and his favorite subject was math. Charles was a very active member of his family he loved interacting with his nieces and nephews, and they love him dearly as he loved them. Charles was employed at Eastside Youth Center, Richman Foods, Eastman Kodak, and Century Safe Company. Charles was a very quiet man that stayed to himself he always stressed how much he missed his father. He was a young man with the potential of becoming an entrepreneur and a passion for computers. Charles had a smile warmer than the sun itself and irreplaceable "swag". His favorite artist was P. Diddy in his early years and Jim Jones later in life. Survived by his daughter, Leilani; mother; Yvonne Jenkins; brother, Shawndel Lewis; sister, Nikita Lewis; maternal grandmother, Inez Lewis; paternal grandmother, Elvira (Hank) Jones of Ocala, FL; many other relatives and friends.
