Obituary of Eddy Womack

Eddy Womack, was born on October 1, 1957 to the late Geanie and Altha Mary Womack.  Ed was the fourth of six children born to this union.  He was raised in Rochester, New York and attended Madison High School where he graduated in 1975.
 

After a brief illness, Ed passed away on August 9, 2022, surrounded by his loving daughters. Ed was predeceased by his parents, Altha, and Geanie Womack; brothers, Gene (Shirley) Womack, Richard (Lucretia) Womack, Jonathan (Donna) Womack; sister, Sharon Rivers; and true love, Renee “Gigi” Lafosse.  He leaves to cherish his loving memory his daughters, Natosha (Bernard) McDonald, Nakai (James) White, and Natisha (fiancé Michael) Womack; grandchildren, Ja’Gonte Spears, James and Ja’kaia White, Tristynn Womack, Isaiah and Xavier McDonald; sister, Cassandra (Greg) Goolsby; close nieces, Jai Marya and Damari; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
