My name is Patreasa Mullen and I'm a retired disabled Navy Veteran. I first met Troy in Diego Garcia when we served together in the Navy. He was one of the only friends I had there. He was always so fun, energetic, kind and respectful with me. We hung out all the time when we weren't at work, and I miss my time there because of him. He was always so easy to talk to and never judged me the way everyone else did. The best memory I have is hanging out with him on the beach, eating fresh fish with rice and watching the sun set. My heart is broken because he was only one of the few Navy buddies I genuinely loved and cherished. I'm so sorry to see he's passed away. I wish I could have told him how much he meant to me before he passed. Love, light and prayers to his family and loved ones.
