Michele Lee Countryman of Rochester, NY, passed away on Saturday, November 27th 2021 at age 38. Born June 14th, 1983 in Watertown, NY to Tina Bowman and Kevin Heath. She graduated from Watertown High School in 2001. A brief marriage to Andi Countryman which resulted with two sons, Christifer J. (18y) & Cody J. (15y) Countryman. Michele moved to Rochester in 2008 where she met Charlie Roman, with whom she had two more sons Charlie J. (11y) & Ayden J. (9y) Roman. Also survived by her stepfather, Jim Bean; sister, Jennifer Heath; nephew, Jayvon Warren; niece, Savannah Warren; many aunts, uncles, relatives & friends.
