Obituary of Maggie L. Chappell

Margie departed this life on January 12, 2021. She was preceded in death by her daughter Beverly and ex-husband Theodis Chappell (whom she loved). Those that remain to live out Margie’s legacy are her children: Gail (Junius) Hill, Barbara (Gerald) Chappell-Brown, Jeffrey (Laurie) Walker, Janice Chappell, and Otis (Eloise) Chappell; grandchildren, Brett, Kristen and Erica Walker, Nigel Hill, Christopher and Alexandria Brown; great grandchildren, Taylor, Breanna, Maryiah, Mekhi and Kaden Walker.

Margie is also survived by three sisters: Mrs. Mary Brinson of Hampton, GA, Mrs. Annie Mae Spell of Palatka, FL, and Mary Ann Jones of Perry, FL and her three brothers L.C. Johnson, Willie Lee Johnson (both of Orlando), and Lewis Johnson (Palm Coast, FL) as well as other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Unconditional, limitless love truly epitomized the person Margie Chappell was until the day God called her from her earthly sojourn. She will be missed but the memories of her will never fade away.
