Timothy J. Penders, beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle passed away at the age of 54 on Thursday, September 24, 2020. He was born on July 21, 1966, and was a 26 year City of Rochester employee.
Tim is survived by his loving mother Sue Helfer (George Coons), his two children Katrina Penders and Timothy Penders Jr. (Lauren) and his two granddaughters Penelope and Elloise; his brother Ron Penders, his sisters Kimberly Trotter, Kathy Rappe, Sharon Rabant, and Sue Butler and his aunt, nieces, nephews. The family will have a private gathering to honor Tim.
