Hello Family and friends. I'm L. Young, Earl's youngest sibling. It gets rather difficult this time of year. I wanted to provide some answers and closure to those who have posted here over the years. As best we know Earl succummed to complications of Covid19 and of an accidental overdose. As it was the top of the Covid19 pandemic our family opted to have a hybrid memorial service for Earl. This consisted of about 30 relatives and friends at the Funeral Home Chapel as well as 100s of relatives and guest across the country joining the service via zoom. Per his request Earl was cremated, having a portion of his ashes scattered in the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, CA. My big brother Earl knew he was loved and despite challenges always had a smile on his face. I miss him dearly. His smile, his laugh (he LOVED to LAUGH) and his spirit. I have posted his obituary here. I will visit periodically and post more items like the funeral service program I created. Stay blessed everyone! Continue to Rest in Power Big Bro. Dear Family Members, I was deeply saddened to learn just yesterday of Earl's passing. Earl was a very good friend of mine, and worked for me for 25 years. I have fun photos, and many happy (as well as a few sad) memories of Earl. Please get in touch with me. I would like to know what happened to Earl, his dog, his possessions.
