My name is Art Davenport and, like Ricky Keating, I worked with Russell for many years. When I first came to HRSD I was very young and inexperienced. Russell was one of many that took me under his wing and taught me much about the work we were tasked with as well as a few life lessons. Russell was wise, kind and always laughing and would try to make sure all around him were laughing as well. I always considered Russell to be not only a great co-worker but also a great friend. I am so sorry for your loss.
