My Great Grandfather, You will be missed and remembered by all of us. IN MY 20's: When Ryan was born I called you as soon as I could to tell you that I had a birthday gift for you. You asked me what it was.. I told you it was a boy 8 lbs 5oz. You told me ,"You can keep him!" Then you moved away. IN MY TEENS: I should have called more than I did. IN My ADOLESENTS: You, Mother, and I travelled during the early morning hours in the dark. I would always ask why you would drive with two feet. You would joke and tell me,"Don't you walk with two feet?" (lol) I thought that was the funnest thing you ever said. Once we arrived in Jersey I gave you a grea big hug, and you asked me ,"what was that for?" I replied, "for driving with two feet."(lol) IN MY CHILDHOOD: At one time or another, everyone would stay a few nights over in Williamson. I remember you would make sure all of us kids would have slippers or shoes on our feet so that we would catch cold. If we didn't you made us stay in the back where the carpet was.
Thank you Toby for allowing me to be able to say that I have a Great Grandfather, who taught me the joys of driving, and my son was born on his Great "Great" Grandfather's birthday.
Love Renee'(Nay)
