Predeceased by his wife, Sarah Jane Bell; forever cherished by his children, Vincent, Yvette, LouWanda, and Letitia Bell; his mother, Margaret Bell; brothers, Joe Jr. (Ola), Rossie (Ella), Archie, and David; sisters, Annie (Jimmy) Brown, Lila Champion, Melenese Richardson, and Renetta Bell; 9 grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
Interment, Riverside Cemetery.
