Doreen E. Stewart was born on August 28, 1961 in Clarendon, Jamaica to the late Michael Miller and Evelyn Miller. Doreen married Bruce A. Stewart in 1993 and in 2001, relocated their family to Rochester, NY. After working various jobs in Jamaica, Doreen found employment with Rochester General Hospital for many years.

Doreen went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 13, 2022. She leaves in love and memory, her husband, Bruce A. Stewart; 5 sons, Bruce D. (Kenesha), Dave J. (Taneisha), Jeffery K. (fiancé, Porshia McGowan), Blake R. (Jacqueline) and Tevin Stewart; 13 grandchildren,  Bruce, Tyrece, Brianna, Jaheem, Raheem, Myles, Kimar, Kellsie, Kamille, Ja’doir, Blake, Ava and Braxton; 4 brothers, Winston (Olivia), George (Marcia), Norris (Janet), and Warren Miller; sister, Monica (Noble) Crawford; brother-in-law, Joshua britton; and a host of other relatives and friends.
